Her research focuses on fluidity in painting, engaging with Bergson's notion of continuity, Gilles Deleuze's ideas of connectedness, and Hubert Damisch's "cloud" metaphor. Kefan explores how painting's temporal expression, informed by thinkers like Georges Bataille and Jane Bennett, contributes to its evolving autonomy.
