At the 2025 Spring Future Art & Design Award, A Luxurious and Luminous Hospitality Space by Chang Chuang Wei of Dimension Space received the Platinum Prize. The jury commended the project as “a wonderfully executed design that seamlessly blends luxury, comfort, and artistic sensibility—an outstanding showcase of creative vision and refined craftsmanship.”

The project showcases an immersive hospitality environment defined by the interplay of light, materials, and sculptural form. Triangular titanium-plated mirrors and large-scale gold leaf elements introduce dynamic tension and opulence, while a striking 200 cm crystal chandelier serves as the visual centerpiece, exuding a sense of grandeur.

The space balances functionality with refined design. A leather-textured marble island offers rich tactile appeal, complemented by a dramatic dragon-veined marble backdrop. Stainless steel cabinetry introduces a sleek, contemporary touch, making this area ideal for both hosting and visual impact.

Circular design elements unify the ceiling, chandelier, and dining table, creating spatial harmony. The gold-leaf ceiling reflects the crystal chandelier’s radiance, while titanium-plated bronze mirrors visually expand the space. The overall effect is a refined, luxurious setting for high-end dining.

With its layered materiality and sophisticated lighting strategy, this project delivers a visually striking and sensorially rich experience—setting a new benchmark in hospitality design.
